Shipping charges, courier assignment and estimated delivery information are calculated or updated as the order moves through fulfilment.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping and Cash on Delivery charges are shown in the order summary before the order is placed. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the active store settings.
Processing
Orders move through confirmation, processing, packing and shipment creation before courier pickup. Processing time can vary by product availability and operational workload.
Tracking
When a shipment and AWB are available, tracking details appear on the customer order page. Courier events may take time to update after a physical scan.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers and unsuccessful delivery attempts can cause delays or NDR/RTO processing. Keep your delivery information accurate and respond to courier communication when required.
